On this project we had to find a way to cure various ingress issues without breaking the budget of the client. The existing lead covering was badly deteriorated and the funds were not there to simply replace the lead.
Due to planning constraints the options were limited. We utilised the liquid over treatment and again were able to solve all ingress issues, on budget whilst giving the roof a fresh new look and offering a warranty to the client. A great example of the effectiveness of this system.
